You Don’t Need to Know How to Pose (That’s My Job)

Let’s clear something up right away—
You are not expected to know what you’re doing.
Not with your body. Not with your hands. Not with your face.
And honestly? If you think you need to figure it out before you walk in… that’s exactly what’s holding you back.
Most people imagine stepping into a session like this and freezing.
“What do I do with my arms?”
“Am I standing weird?”
“Do I look awkward right now?”
That spiral is real. And it’s exactly why I don’t leave anything up to guessing.
You don’t perform here. You follow.
I guide you through everything—
where your hands go
how your hips shift
how to breathe into your body
how to soften or intensify your expression
Sometimes I’m demonstrating. Sometimes I’m adjusting you. Sometimes I’m hyping you up so hard you forget to be nervous in the first place.
This isn’t about hitting perfect poses.
It’s about getting you out of your head and into your body.
Because the best images? They don’t come from trying harder. They come from letting go.
One of my clients said I’m her “ultimate hype woman” who shows her her worth.
And that’s exactly it.
My job isn’t just to pose you—it’s to pull something out of you that you don’t always see on your own.
There’s always a moment where it clicks.
You stop asking “am I doing this right?”
And start feeling it.
That’s when everything changes.
You don’t need to know how.
